A polystyrene cone with which you can make amazing Macaron Tower Wedding Cakes!
The cone has a 6inch diameter base, and stands 12 inches high approx.
Traditional French macarons are made with ground almonds, not coconut! Each colourful little gem of a cookie is sandwiched together with a different flavored filling then attached to the cone with a toothpick.
A Macaron Tower Wedding Cake is illustrated below.
You might like to use this Macron tower to try your hand at making a croquembouche by simply skewering the choux buns onto the cone.
